This is a reflection of a tree in a pond beneath.
I find taking the pictures of shadows very interesting and enjoy that a lot.. This is my first one in that series..
Please drop in your valuable comments and all those Photography Gods (and others too) out there, please tell me more about Shadows in Photography, tips and tricks... etc....
I appreciate your excitment about this shot. It is exceptional .... but for the browser, like me, the photo appears washed out. Perhaps a little tweaking in photoshop may have added another dimension to it?

I'm with Helen on this. If you could have pulled out more variations in tone in the shadow area, it might be more visually arresting.
